Sonic Welding
Our coolers utilizes sonic welding instead of traditional stitching. This allows us to avoid puncturing the waterproof material while sewing the bag, giving our bags a 100% waterproof main compartment.
Lightweight Insulation
All of our coolers have 3/4 inch insulating foam encompassing the main compartment to maximize ice retention while maintaining a lightweight profile weighing in at just 3 lbs while empty.
Waterproof Zipper
Not all zippers are created equal, and this is especially true with soft sided coolers. Roll down bags are prone to leaking and standard zippers have week water retention. That is why we opted to upgrade the main Zipper to a 100% Leakproof/ Waterproof option.
